What Skills Are ForwardProgress Students Learning?
Participants gain hands-on training and industry-recognized certifications in:
• Contact Center Fundamentals and CX Operations
• Amazon Connect cloud contact center platform
• Google Contact Center AI (CCAI) and conversational AI design
• Automation workflows and customer journey orchestration
• Cloud fundamentals aligned with AWS and Google certification tracks
• Real-world project and implementation experience
Graduates leave the program with both technical certifications and practical experience — preparing them for roles such as CX platform administrators, conversational AI designers, contact center engineers, and cloud support specialists.
Certified ForwardProgress resources will be available for immediate engagement starting April 13, 2026, giving organizations access to trained talent ready to accelerate CX and cloud transformation projects from day one.
