CloudEmpower Introduces ForwardProgress to Expand Cloud and Contact Center Career Pathways for Tribal

 CloudEmpower, a cloud and customer experience (CX) services company focused on outcomes and workforce development, today announced the launch of ForwardProgress, a new initiative designed to prepare Tribal members with in-demand cloud and contact center technology skills. The program helps address the growing demand for CX talent while expanding career pathways for Indigenous professionals historically underrepresented in the technology sector.

ForwardProgress delivers a cohort-based training pathway that combines technical education, hands-on experience, and employment opportunities for Tribal Nations across the United States. The program curriculum includes contact center fundamentals, Amazon Connect, Google CCAI, conversational design, and advanced certification tracks aligned with AWS and Google Contact Center technologies. Graduates earn industry-recognized credentials and gain access to paid CloudEmpower contract roles, with opportunities for long-term placement.

Designed for scalability and cultural alignment, the ForwardProgress model supports replication across Tribal Nations through local coach development and flexible funding options. By partnering closely with community leaders and technology stakeholders, the initiative enables workforce programs tailored to the unique needs of each participating Nation.
